All customers may return items for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Customers must request via email to return items within 7 days of receipt and should be returned to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred courier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Send an email to: sales@trouserslondon.co.uk and include the following details:

1.1 Subject: “RETURN - {Your full name}” (replace "{Your full name} with your real name).

Body: state whether you would like a refund or exchange for your Return and type a brief explanation of reason for return. This email must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2. TL will reply with a reference number, after which the customer has 14 days to return the goods. The reference number should be written clearly on the box used for the return. TL will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments, and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag and packaging has been removed.

3. TL will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order; we advise customers to also check garments on receipt. TL will only accept returned goods that are in the same pristine condition as when they were sent out from the warehouse. Preferably, to reduce waste, we advise you to use the original packet, which is reusable. TL will refund the original card used for the purchase within 5 days of TL receiving the returned item(s). The refund includes the full value of the items returned, including UK sales taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
